Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping within the U.S. is typically 3–7 business days. International orders can take 7–21 business days.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because all of our products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like size, color, or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Contact us at support@doodleclothingco.com within 30 days with photos of the issue.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: If your package is lost in transit or severely delayed, email us at support@doodleclothingco.com. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! International delivery times vary (7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product includes a size guide on its page. Please review it carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders go into production shortly after being placed. If you need to make changes, contact us at support@doodleclothingco.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee edits once production has started.
